About Us
Founded by a husband and wife team with a passion for excellence, Copper & Ivy will make your event delicious and beautiful, all you need to do is to fill it with the people you love for the perfect party.
Remi, our Head Chef, whilst classically trained at The Ivy in London, has, over his nearly 30 year career, perfected the flavours and techniques from around the world. He has always followed his dream and put his artistic flair and creativity into his food and this can follow any path from refined and elegant to rustic and charming. And you won't just find him in the kitchen or behind the firepit, he will be on hand to help create the magic in all areas of your event.
Our aim is to use local, first and foremost. That might be produce from the farm where we are based or foraged foods from the village hedgerows, we have contacts at local allotments, liaise with local game keepers and we use nearby farms and suppliers for as much as we can. That said if a bride is desperate for a tofu tagine, who are we to say no? And our local focus doesn't just stop with food, we support and work with local people and businesses, creating relationships and developing partnerships that will hopefully grow and run for years to come.
